These Terms explain expectations when families use the Create2Discover website or purchase programs directly from Create2Discover. Please review the applicable course information, registration or invoice details, and Privacy Policy before enrolling. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for registration and agreements for learners under 18.
1. Programs and educational services
Create2Discover offers online coding, game-design, tutoring, small-group, and self-paced learning experiences. Course descriptions, prerequisites, available times, fees, and access arrangements may vary by program. The specific offer and written enrollment confirmation determine what is included in a purchase. Learning activities aim to support creativity, independent problem-solving, and practical coding skills; individual outcomes depend on experience, attendance, practice, equipment, and other factors and are not guaranteed.
2. Parent or guardian responsibilities
Parents and guardians should provide accurate contact and scheduling information, review the suitability of a program, and ensure the learner has the required devices, internet access, software, and accounts. Please supervise account creation, privacy settings, online conduct, and purchases as appropriate to the learner’s age. Children should not submit payment information or confidential personal information through public website forms.
3. Registration, fees, and payments
Current prices and payment arrangements are shown on the relevant Create2Discover program page, checkout, invoice, or written offer. Registration may require completion of a payment through a third-party processor before access or a session is confirmed. Any applicable recurring scheduling or payment arrangement will be disclosed when agreed upon; visiting our website alone does not authorize recurring charges. Please contact us about any billing discrepancy. A confirmed enrollment may require separate account access to live classes or digital courses.
4. Scheduling, cancellation, and missed live tutoring
Session dates, times, duration, and time zone are governed by your confirmed schedule or written booking communication. For direct one-to-one tutoring, the normal cancellation/makeup/refund policy requires at least one week of advance notice for a missed session to be eligible for a makeup session or refund. A cancellation made with less than one week of notice is ordinarily not eligible. We may consider exceptional situations individually, but an exception is not guaranteed. Contact us as early as possible when a conflict arises. If Create2Discover cannot provide an agreed session, we will communicate with the parent or guardian about an appropriate make-up or payment resolution.
Different group programs, fixed-length series, marketplaces, and self-paced purchases may have different rules identified in the offer, registration confirmation, or applicable third-party terms. Where a specific written offer sets more specific terms, those terms apply to that purchase to the extent permitted by law. Rights available under applicable consumer law are not limited by these Terms.
5. Self-paced courses and access
When a self-paced course is purchased, eligible access is provided through Create2Discover’s account and learning systems as described in the product offer. Some lessons may use third-party learning platforms and require separate software or accounts. Keep account-claim links and access credentials private. If you cannot access purchased content or have questions about whether a course is right for your child, contact us for assistance. Any course-specific refund or access-duration commitments must be stated in the purchase offer rather than assumed from this general page.
6. Online classes, third-party platforms, and recordings
Learning activities may require Zoom, Roblox Studio, Roblox, Minecraft-related software, or other third-party systems. Their own availability, account requirements, privacy practices, and terms may apply. We do not control those third-party services. If a live session is to be recorded, Create2Discover will communicate the applicable recording practice and obtain appropriate parent or guardian permission when required. Public sharing of student images, identifying information, or student work requires suitable authorization and attention to student privacy.
7. Appropriate use and account security
Use Create2Discover systems for lawful educational purposes. Please do not harass others, impersonate another family or student, share login credentials or protected learning access publicly, interfere with services, introduce harmful software, or use program resources to violate the rules of a third-party game or learning platform. We may take proportionate steps to address abuse or safety concerns, subject to applicable rights and obligations.
8. Educational content and student creations
Create2Discover course materials, recorded instructional content, website text, and associated resources belong to Create2Discover or their respective licensors, unless otherwise indicated. Purchased access normally permits participating learners and their households to use provided materials for personal educational purposes, not to resell or redistribute them. Students retain any rights they otherwise hold in their original project creations, subject to applicable platform and third-party asset licenses. Participation does not require granting us permission to publish identifiable student work.
9. Privacy and parent communication
We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy at https://create2discover.com/privacy-policy-2/ and, where relevant, the Student Hub privacy notice. Parents and guardians should use approved contact channels for service questions and avoid including sensitive account details in ordinary messages. Optional marketing communications and website tracking preferences are handled separately.
10. Availability, changes, and questions
We may reasonably update site features, courses, and scheduling options as programs develop. Where changes affect an existing confirmed purchase, we will communicate relevant options to the family. We strive to keep our website and learning resources available but cannot guarantee that third-party services or internet access will be uninterrupted. These Terms may be updated over time; the published effective date identifies the current version.
